There are a lot of projects in progress taking place. Please note all of the enclosed notes and if you can be of help in some way please do so. We need all of the extra hands that we can get!

§ HELP YOURSELF AND YOUR CORPS

If you still owe dues money, please send it in now via the mail. A lot of our purchases have depleted our treasury. If you can send it, please do so. It helps you also, as your account is paid in full. That is the order that we use to determine what bus and which bus seat you choose. So get a high pick for the best seats, as well as helping out the Corps’ treasury.

§  ORDER YOUR PIONEER JACKET!

You still have time to do so and have it ready for the Memorial Day Weekend Camp.

§  CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS

Get yourself a debit or credit card to handle your personal expenses while on tour. Carrying too much cash is risky, and using Travelers Checks is not recommended (very difficult for youth to cash!).

§  BUY A WATCH

Yes, get a reliable watch so that you are aware of your schedule at all times.

§  LOAD YOUR SWIMSUIT

We get the use of pools at times, and of course you want to be prepared for the annual Canoe Day!

§  FOOD HELPERS ARE NEEDED!

We need food helpers for our Everydays as well as for the Tour.  Moms and dads, your assistance for meal preparations and serving is vital! A little or a lot of your time is needed, as well as much appreciated.  Please call the Pioneer Office (414-327-2847) and let us know when we can have your generous help.

§  RECRUITMENT

There are still opening spots for CYMBALS, COLOR GUARD, and BARITONE PLAYERS.  Remember that you will get a $100.00 credit off of your dues for each person you get to match. That is your personal reward.

4)      Your DUES PAID IN FULL

The entire Corps has the honor of performing in front of the Friends of D.C.I., on Saturday, D.C.I. Championship Day in Indianapolis. This very important and prestigious appearance will require the participation of 100% of our members. Please plan accordingly. No excuse will be accepted, so plan now.
