FINAL INFORMATION BEFORE EVERYDAYS! PDF Print E-mail

PARENTS/ADULTS…WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We need many helping hands this weekend! It is important to make sure that we can operate at a very high level.  If you can be of help, please call us at the Pioneer Office (414-327-2847). Help put our nervous minds to rest.  Corps members, please relay this note to your parents! Thanks.

FINAL CORPS DUES PAYMENT IS DUE!

Money does make the world go around, so please bring your check, cash, or credit card to meet your corps financial obligation….by the way, checks are preferred if you can.  Yes, your choice for bus seating is determined by your promptness of paying your dues. That is our reward to you for doing so in a timely manner. A date for choosing your bus seat will be announced at a later date.

WHAT TO PACK FOR TOUR:

Less is better than more as far as clothes and things. We will offer you laundry days every 7 – 10 days on tour. It is already built into the summer schedule. The more you bring, the more you will have to carry every day back and forth from the gym floor to the bus. There is nothing more annoying than opening your luggage and having stuff fall out because the suitcase is over-stuffed! How many people will it take to sit on your suit case in order to get it closed! J It’s also a way of losing things. So bring just enough to get you through a week to 10 day period of time.

BRING NOTHING VALUABLE!

Words of wisdom from past experiences…..Leave at Home your family treasures, expensive computers, I-pods, jewelry, or anything else that can be accidentally lost, left at a housing site, stolen, or broken, rather than taking the risk. The Pioneer Corps is not responsible for your personal items and does not wish to have additional pressure!

NOTE DISCUSSION…

Note on the bulletin board the discussion about wearing t-shirts and shorts during rehearsals as well as in the various school buildings that we are guests at for housing. This is an issue for all of the corps and is being addressed by all.  Swim suits and scanty clothing of any sort worn in the school or on the field by membership or staff is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. We want to display “Class” at all times, being proud members of our Pioneer Corps. We do not want to leave a bad impression on our housing people and the communities that host us as their guests! Let’s use our God-given sense and dress appropriately at all times!

SEE YOU THIS WEEKEND AT CAMP!

Better Every Day!
