The Pioneer Drum & Bugle Corps (Pioneer) requires that all administrators, staff members, volunteers and members observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Employees and representatives of the Pioneer must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling our responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and codes.

Reporting Non-Compliance
Unethical, innappropriate and/or discriminatory behavior can be reported at any time to one of the following individual(s):
a. Staff/Faculty
b. Tour Director
c. Executive Director
d. Board of Directors
Concerns about unethical, innappropriate and/or discriminatory behavior can also be shared anonymously via our whistleblower page.
